New development course

In the 1980s (start-up stage 1981-1990) after the change of business direction, under the leadership of Mr. Zeng Yong, the new environmental protection equipment factory through four major decisions, so that the enterprise has been developed, in the domestic surface engineering equipment professional production industry.

The first decision: from a single plating tank barrel processing to develop a variety of electroplating and environmental protection equipment.

The second decision: to develop various forms of hanging plating, roll plating, ring plating automatic production line.

The third decision: the whole electroplating plant shall be contracted for electroplating equipment, machinery and electrical appliances, ventilation, water supply and drainage, and waste treatment, that is, to provide users with complete sets of electroplating environmental protection equipment to realize the "turnkey" project except civil engineering.

The fourth decision: starting from the first coating line of Wuxi Cygnet tendering and winning the bid in 1988, we entered the coating equipment manufacturing industry, organically combining electroplating and coating with environmental protection, and providing perfect service to the surface treatment industry.

In this way, our factory can offer complete sets of equipment for electroplating coating industry, and can realize according to turnkey, debugging, waste management, as a result, our environmental protection equipment in combination with electroplating, coating equipment, combine source treatment to the end, in the eighty s became the earliest (environmental protection, electroplating, coating equipment company).

The 1990s is a historical transition period, which can be divided into three stages

The first stage (1990-1996) : collective village run enterprise --------- new environmental protection equipment factory brilliant period

1. On September 8, 1991, the factory and Hong Kong Luhua Company jointly established "Wuxi New Luhua Electroplating Equipment Co., LTD."

2. In December 1991, signed a letter of intent to establish "Wuxi New Furniture Co., LTD." with Taiwan Shengyuan Company. At that time my factory already began to prepare to build, but because the foreign side reason because joint venture did not become, therefore my factory opened oneself wuxi new furniture factory.

3, after 1995, the new environmental protection equipment factory has developed to 430 employees, covers an area of 108 mu, annual output value of more than 60 million scale, there are about 50-60 projects every year, about 300 small product users. Due to better service for the user, the factory factory is responsible for contracting business accounting management for the project, the engineering equipment is divided into three factory and a furniture factory, a total of four factory, business, the total teacher office, the finance, logistics by factory management, factory = responsible for project design, manufacture, installation and debugging, one-stop service project management.

Phase II (1997-1998) : Institutional reform

At the end of 1997, the spring breeze of reform spread all over the country. The third stage (1998-2000) : the basic stage of private enterprises

The new environmental protection equipment factory (collective enterprise) on the basis of the transformation gradually formed a large, medium, small 20-30 industry groups with their own characteristics, their own advantages.
